1. Who we are

This store is operated by Vilarece Inc, a Delaware corporation ("Vilarece", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from this store.

3. Products, prices and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and capacities. Product photographs are representative. Colours can vary between screens, and minor variation between production batches is normal. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes your country may charge.

4. Accuracy and errors

Occasionally a product may be listed with an incorrect price or description, or an item may be out of stock after you order. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by an error and refund you in full. We will always tell you before we do.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, where an item cannot be shipped to your country, or where the order appears to be for resale rather than personal use.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods shown on the checkout page. We do not store your card details.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, designs and product names on this site belong to Vilarece Inc or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without asking us.

9. Product use and safety

Use our products for their intended purpose and follow any instructions supplied. Keep small parts away from children. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, or use outside a product's stated limits, for example loading a trunk organiser beyond its rated capacity.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, and nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without affecting consumer rights you hold locally.
